Web Project Management

Problem: The Scope of Work is created, proposals received, a vendor is chosen, now who is going to manage the project? Without a project manager, a seemingly small project that should be completed in a short period of time may take weeks, months, or sometimes years to complete. Sometimes they are never completed at all, or by the time the project is complete, the company’s business focus has changed. A company’s employees have other jobs, duties and responsibilities over and above anything to do with the Internet and generally do not have experience in project management.

Our services include:

  • Coordinating and communicating with developer whether internal or external
  • Retrieving information from employees that is needed for development
  • Keeping employees and vendors on track and on a timeline
  • Creating weekly reports for management of progress, problems and solutions
  • Keeping project on budget and avoiding “scope creep”
